Black Panther had a record-breaking opening this weekend, but now what we really want to know is if co-stars Michael B. Jordan and Lupita Nyong’o are more than just friends? Their many public appearances promoting the film, sitting front row at fashion shows together, and flirty social media interactions have sparked rumors of a romance, and we are so here for it!

While promoting the Marvel movie together, Jordan apparently lost a bet to Nyong’o, and has to drop and do a push-up whenever the actress tells him to. The actress made Jordan hold up his end of the deal in the middle of a press event in New York last week.

The oscar award-winning actress struck again at the Calvin Klein show, and Jordan did not back down from the challenge.

The bet is apparently still going strong and continued backstage at The View on Monday, when Nyong’o made Jordan drop down his promised “on-call” pushups following a flirty exchange between the two.

As if that wasn’t enough to for us to suspect a fling, apparently some members of the Black Panther cast took part in a taping of MTV’s Safe Word reality show, and things got a little flirtatious between the pair on social media.

Jordan tweeted, ″@Lupita_Nyongo Bring them chocolate cakes back. You ready for round 2? #youknowyouwanthis.”

In response, Nyong’o tweeted back, “no dessert until you come correct, @michaelb4jordan! #youknowyouwantthis #youaintready.”

While the two are apparently just friends, their undeniable chemistry has everyone shipping the potential couple, and certainly has us hoping for more!
