DMX is going back to his favorite place (I mean, it has to be right?). And this time it’s for failing a drug test. According to TMZ the rapper tested positive for opiates, cocaine and oxycodone.
Just last year the 47-year-old returned to rehab after a failed attempt at house arrest. Since then he troubles began to escalate when he violated his bail conditions. He then failed his drug tests and left New York without notifying his probation officer. And let’s not forget he recently plead not guilty to 14 federal counts of tax evasion.
Last summer while performing at the Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival, he addressed his tax fraud allegations to the audience.
DMX’s attorney, Murray Richman, told TMZ, “I’m saddened and disappointed. We’ll have to deal with it accordingly.”
He’s set to be sentenced in March. X, we’re praying for you man.
