Born in Chicago, Illinois on May 10, 1963, it wasn’t long after Bell graduated from Syracuse University that he was cast as a smooth-talking money schemer on A Different World in 1987. Bell has also had supporting roles in films School Daze andHomeboys in Outer Space, and in series Living Single, Cosby, and For Your Love.
