Tameka Raymond has hit yet another stumbling block in her quest to regain primary custody of the two children she shares with her ex-husband, Usher.

The singer filed his own response on Wednesday asking the court to deny Tameka's request, claiming her motion is "an assault on the integrity of the court."

Tameka’s lawyer has already filed a motion to appeal the ruling – and is hitting back at the relationship between Usher’s attorney and the ruling judge.

On Friday, a judge ruled in Usher’s favor and granted primary custody of his two children with Tameka Raymond to him.
