Looking Back at the Regina King + Ian Alexander Jr. Mom-Son Duo Over the Years

Many celebrities and entertainment fans are sending condolences and rallying behind Academy Award-winning actress Regina King, following the loss of her son Ian Alexander, Jr. He died by suicide just days after his 26th birthday.
King said “our family is devastated at the deepest level by the loss of Ian,” in a statement to People. “He is such a bright light who cared so deeply about the happiness of others.”
The actress also asked for “respectful consideration during this private time.”
The thoughts and prayers of the TV One family are with Regina and Ian Jr.’s family and loved ones.
