Say Goodbye: It’s The End Of The Road For ‘Ballers’

Get ready to say your goodbyes to another small screen favorite. HBO announced Ballers is ending its run with the fifth season. The series was a television game-changer for Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. The newlywed received a Golden Globe nomination for his role in the drama.

The series, which followed the life of former superstar Spencer Strasmore (Johnson) as he gets his life on track in retirement while mentoring other current and former players through the daily grind of the business of football, starred John David Washington, Omar Benson Miller, Jazmyn Simon, Brittany S. Hall, Arielle Kebbel, London Brown, Donovan W. Carter and Troy Garity.
