STARZ is ending Courtney Kemp and 50 Cent‘s drama, Power after its sixth season. The network announced the news Thursday with a tease to the final season aptly titled, the Final Betrayal.

So why end the series, especially since it is the network’s most-watched series? Apparently, several spin-offs are on the way. “Season six brings us to the end of what we know is just the first chapter of the Power story. However, as one chapter comes to an end, another will begin. Courtney Kemp and 50 Cent have created a world rich with complex and dynamic characters and there are a number of stories we plan to tell as we continue to explore and expand the Power universe,” Starz programming president Carmi Zlotnik said.

So who’s up first? Naturi Naughton, La La Anthony, Lela Loren, Michael Rainey Jr., Omari Hardwick, Joseph Sikora, Larenz Tate or even Rotimi (if Dre makes it past season six)?

It looks like we all have to wait a little longer to find out. In a statement, Kemp said, “We will follow some of your beloved Power characters beyond the scope of the initial series. But we will play with your expectations of which characters, where, and the master timeline of it all, creating a Power universe as unpredictable as the original.”

The series (and cast), who have picked up a total of six NAACP Image Awards over the years, follows the story of James “Ghost” St. Patrick who appears “to have it all — a drop-dead gorgeous wife, a stunning Manhattan penthouse, and the power and success that come with owning hot new nightclub Truth. But a closer look reveals a man living a double life. When Ghost isn’t tending to his Fortune 500 business, he’s catering to clients of another operation: a drug empire that serves only the rich and influential.”

Watch this moment from 2016 at the American Black Film Festival, just ahead of the fourth season of Power.
