Tyrese and Norma Gibson are back at it again. The singer is not happy that the mother of his daughter, Shayla left her to sleep over at a friend’s house while she went on vacation in Trinidad.
The 40-year-old took to the Los Angeles Superior Court to call out his ex-wife over the violation of their child custody agreement. According to new court documents, the father of two was legally obligated to have the chance to watch her while she was out of the country earlier this month. He allegedly wasn’t aware of the sleepover until after it happened, and the 11-year-old was back in his care the next day, according to Page Six.
A judge has requested Norma appear in court to answer the claims made by her ex-husband, reports The Daily Mail. If she does not show, she will be required to pay the actor’s legal bills for this case.
This isn’t the first time that the former couple has had issues co-parenting. Just last year, the two were in court after Gibson acquired hours of childcare bills because she was living her best life, instead of being with their daughter. Hopefully, these two can work it out.
