Sherri Shepherd turned 51 earlier this year and obviously didn’t come to play! The former View co-host debuted a shockingly slim body on Instagram, revealing she had omitted sugar from her diet for the last, get this, 260 days, resulting in a 25lb weight loss!
“Getting it in!!! Over 260 days #sugarfree … can’t begin to describe how #amazing I feel.”
Shepherd, who caught a bit of flack from fans over the summer when she revealed the reason why her son didn’t like black girls, says giving up sugar provided her with “…Energy, clarity of thought and mind. Focused … patient w my son. Hearing from God a lot more clearly. Present,” she continued in her caption. “I’ve done this slowly and steadily and since March I’ve come down over 25lbs. This is not a fad- it’s my life that is at stake. It feels so good to feel #good”
