There’s no doubting Quincy Jones‘ musical greatness and despite the quite shocking allegations he made against everyone from Michael Jackson to Richard Pryor and Marlon Brando earlier this year (he has since apologized), the 85-year-old will always and forever be one of the greatest producers, songwriters and composers ever.
Netflix takes an in-depth look at the prolific visionary in their new documentary, Quincy. And everything you wanted to know about Jones and his incredible music career and life is shared. Everyone from Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, former President Barack Obama, Lionel Richie and Sir Paul McCartney make appearances in the story about his life.
Quincy is executive produced by his daughter Rashida Jones and will hit the streaming site September 21.
