Last week Wendy Williams found herself in the hot seat after attempting to stain The Clark Sisters‘ legacy with a backhanded compliment. Since then celebrities like Kirk Franklin, newly engaged Michelle Williams, Kim Burrell and Kierra Sheard called out the 53-year-old for her insensitive remarks.
The talk show host has since apologized to Jackie, Dorinda, Karen and Twinkie, even inviting them on her show, but it hardly seemed genuine. Watch below.

While they haven’t responded directly to Wendy’s invitation, Karen and Dorinda spoke out over the weekend about the outpouring support.
