Well this is…interesting.
While filming a scene in 2016 for USA’s Shooter (starring Ryan Phillippe), Donzaleigh Abernathy is accusing Omar Epps of assault that led to a broken arm.

According to TMZ, “…his character was supposed to murder her character, when he “completely deviated from the script” and “threw his left forearm with full force at [her] right arm,” and broke it.
The then 59-year-old claims Epps was “reckless in his handling of her during the scene.” Along with the actor she is also reportedly going after Paramount Pictures for negligence and assault and battery, asking for damages for her pain and suffering and wants all medical costs, present and future, to be covered.
