Rumors of a Bad Boys 3 movie starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence have been circling for what seems like forever! Well, according to The Jasmine Brand, it’s almost time for those rumors to become reality.
This morning they reported that Sony Pictures is negotiating with the filmmaking team of Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah to direct. Production could begin as soon as August, with Jerry Bruckheimer returning as producer.

A title is yet to be confirmed, and we still don’t know if Bad Boys 3, often referred to as ‘Bad Boys For Life’, will make it to theaters.
If you can’t wait for the film to come out, keep checking for the upcoming NBC television adaptation starring Gabrielle Union and Ernie Hudson. It’s rumored to premiere before the third film in the Bad Boys franchise is released.

The first Bad Boys, debuted in 1995 and was followed by the sequel, Bad Boys II, in 2003. The cop action comedy film was directed by Michael Bay, produced by Don Simpson and Jerry Bruckheimer and starred Lawrence and Smith as two narcotic Miami detectives Marcus Burnett and Mike Lowrey.
