This is something we never like to see, two hip-hop legends feuding publicly. Such is the case for Flavor Flav and Chuck D.

According to TMZ, Flav says he hasn’t received a royalty check in years after striking an agreement with Chuck to split the profits of several Public Enemy business deals.

Flav also claims his voice and image were used without his consent on the group’s newest album, Nothing Is Quick in the Desert. He’s alleging that he requested $75K for the record, but only received $7,500.

Ouch.

It’s not all bad new for the iconic group. This past week Professor Griff and Solé tied the knot in a traditional wedding. She took to Instagram to share moments from their day.

Here’s to hoping Chuck and Flav squash the beef and continue making great music together. No one wins when the family feuds.
