Singer and songwriter, Mariah Carey is making big moves in her career. Starz is creating a new fictional drama series surrounding the grammy-winner’s life and career.
Set in 1986 New York City, the series follows a 16-year old bi-racial girl who aspires to be a singer and songwriter and is hungry for fame. The drama follows her as she survives her rough childhood and climbs her way to become one of the biggest female artists of all time.
Carey’s career launched with five back-to-back of our favorite hits like “Vision Of Love,” “Love Takes Time,” “Someday,” “I Don’t Wanna Cry” and “Emotions.” The pop star has many projects in the making.
