Agent Jay Sweeney has been a parole agent for over three years. Her caseload is all male, with a focus on younger clients—ages 18-25—mostly first-time offenders. She hopes to get them back on track before they turn into career criminals. Agent Sweeney loves the investigative part of her job and thinks for people to change, they need to be held accountable for their own actions. That accountability includes not taking things like their own freedom for granted. She wants her clients to succeed, but also let them know she’s watching with both eyes the entire time.
