Welp, that didn’t take long.

Last night, Rachel Lindsay made her debut as the first Black “Bachelorette” and Dean, one of her potential boo-thangs, legit came out of his mouth and said: “I’m ready to go Black and I’m never going back.”

This isn’t fake news, here are the receipts.

Now YOU know what it’s like when people come at you strange in real life, imagine having to react on LIVE TV! We give Rachel props for taking it in stride but we know the three reactions that went through her head while she smiled like a Queen.

First Emotion: Shocked Denial

It’s not like Rachel doesn’t KNOW she’s the first Black Bachelorette and all that comes with that, but we’re sure she wasn’t expecting this kind of low-key kinda/sorta racist BS in like minute three of her debut.

Second Emotion: Internalized Rage

So someone busts out with a stereotypical joke that THEY think is cool cause, you know, their best friend is Black and now you have two choices: go HAM and ruin brunch or file that anger away until the check comes.

Third Emotion: Righteously Exhausted

Don’t let the smooth taste fool you, being Black is tiring. And the last thing we need after climbing ANOTHER mountain is your dumbass reminding us that we could have done it a little faster. By all means, keep your cute little commentary to yourself while we take a well-deserved nap.

TELL US: How much longer would Dean be on the show if you were the Bachelorette?
