Agent Nicole Alexander is a parole agent in her fourteenth year with the Department of Corrections. With a degree in criminal justice, Agent Alexander knew she’d be working in corrections – she just didn’t know where. She started working at a men’s prison facility – first, as a correctional officer, then moving up the ranks to sergeant. Alexander handles an all-male “drugs and thugs” caseload, which means her clients are only on parole for six months of less. She is a tough parole agent who wants her clients to strive for the best.
