#SavorTheCity is heading to Las Vegas this week! Chef Jernard makes his way to the Las Vegas strip to visit Emmitt’s Vegas, where the glitz and glam of Las Vegas meets Black excellence at its finest. Founded by Pro Football Hall of Famer, Emmitt Smith, Emmitt aims to give every guest a legendary dining experience. At Emmitt’s Vegas the staff believes every dish is a story, and Executive Chef Antwan Ellis is the chef behind each memorable dish. The menu features succulent seafood dishes, like their creole shrimp and miso glased sea bass, show stopping entrees like their an 40oz engraved ‘Emmitt’s” Tomahawk steak—which can also be customized—, and decadent desserts like their butter cake with a bourbon-salted caramel sauce.
