TV One’s One Solution department is developing an internal strategic, creative and branded entertainment unit. We are looking for an experienced account service lead to oversee client-facing programs and help build an in-house client service division.
• Develop the vision and structure for what a brand leadership team needs to look like inside of a media company.
• Understand and socialize client needs and develop strategies + solutions to meet key objectives using One Solution assets.
• Develop programs and ideas that grow One Solution business with top tier clients.
• Ensure that Walmart signs up for another multi-year contract.
• Cultivate and grow client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction and positive experience.
• Work cross-functionally with in-house department heads to develop big ideas and solutions for clients.
• Lead all client communications, including on-time delivery of assets and reporting.
• Proactive, industrious and driven
• Proven success for growing client relationships and business.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor successful teams.
• Deep curiosity and knowledge of urban culture, media and technology.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle heavy workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at synthesizing information and creating efficiencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Mac computer programs and Microsoft Office..
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Business or Marketing
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and executing brand strategies
• A track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives
