SUMMARY:
One Solution is the integrated marketing division of Radio One, TV One and Interactive One. In this role, the Integrated Director will primarily be responsible for managing one of the company’s largest retail partnerships (the Client). Additionally, the director will work closely with the SVP to develop and manage prospective One Solution new business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as day-to-day liaison between the Client, multiple agency partners and One Solution media platforms
• Establish positive and effective relationships and processes with the Client and agency partners
• Manage strategic and creative, cross-platform ideation to meet client’s marketing and business objectives
• Work closely with TV One, Radio One and Interactive One programming, research and marketing teams to identify content and promotional opportunities appropriate for Client’s needs. Present new marketing ideas/opportunities to client
• Forecast, track and report budgeting and contractual obligations
• Co-manage Marketing Manager
• Extensive travel to client/agency sites.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Solid project, time-management and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and supervise direct report(s).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in related field (MBA desired), 8-10 years of experience at an agency, media company or sales organization where responsible for sponsorship development, presentation and execution. And, multi-cultural marketing/communications and retail marketing experience a plus.
