In the documents, the professional football player- turned morning show host, claims that Muggi has had a “pattern of abusive conduct towards the children for years. The 48-year-old also states there is proof of physical abuse that he can provide in sealed documents.
He continues, by noting that his ex-wife is not taking the twins to their court-ordered therapy sessions and other sporting activities.
The Good Morning America host currently has visitation rights with his daughters and is responsible for making an $18,000 monthly child support payment. In addition to stripping her custodial rights, Strahan is requesting that Muggi be held in civil and criminal contempt.
