You Sir….@bigshiz Mr. LaShawn “Big Shiz” Daniels left behind a legacy that changed the sound of R&B and made its way inside Pop Culture today. Thank you for all the beauty you brought to our industry and our lives. Prayers to his family for sacrificing so much and sharing him with the world. I am praying strength for his wife @iamaprildaniels Whew…GOD. 🙏🏾 What I admired most about Mr. Daniels goes beyond music. No matter how popular he was he never looked down on anyone, always teaching, debating, praying, creating and laughing. #thatslove ************************************************************ This day was the first day I met Mr. Daniels. We were there to talk about “The State Of R&B,” for the @recordingacademy . We were all there advocating for R&B. I introduced myself afterwards and told him my name. “Of course I know who you are,” he replied. I couldn’t believe it. And after that he always reached out, supported me like he did with so many others….. He loved the Lord. Here on earth we’re gonna miss you. Thank God for your Art that is forever sketched in our lives. Well done Sir Daniels. Well done.🙏🏾 R.I.P #lashawndaniels

The reality television world knew Daniels from his reoccurring appearances on Tamar & Vince and Braxton Family Values as Tamar Braxton‘s friend and writing partner. Their work together garnered Tamar a Grammy nod in 2013 for her single Love and War.
