Meagan Good found herself in an internet exchange after a social media user deemed a photo she posted as “not appropriate.”
The Instagram photo shows “The Intruder” actress sporting a big smile and tan-colored bikini to which the fan commented, “aren’t you married to a pastor..this is cute but not appropriate.”
Good, who is married to DeVon Franklin, quickly checked the online heckler by correctly identifying her husband’s occupations.
“lol no I’m not married to a pastor. I’m married to a film producer who is also a minister/motivational speaker as well.”

She went on to give her final thoughts on the matter:
“But with that being said; I don’t think pastors wives are expected to go swimming in trash bags or turtle necks lol. God bless you sis”
The 38-year-old is no stranger to these scenarios and criticisms. During her visit on “The DL Hughley Show,” she touched on how her experience with some “church folk” has been less than positive due to her career. However, she noted that her husband is beyond supportive.
Franklin has made it very clear that he is not afraid to check anyone who disrespects his lady. In fact, you can see this first hand as Good is brought to tears when her hubby came to her defense during an onstage event promoting their book, “The Wait.”
The couple married in 2012 after one year of dating.
