The music mogul and his wife Nicole Young were hit with a lawsuit according to The Blast. The couple allegedly had a very strict work routine, which did not allow the staff to take full meal breaks. Now two former staff members have pursued legal action for negligence.

Court documents found by the blast shows that Ines Cornejo and Diana Brenes have both joined a lawsuit against the rapper and his wife. Cornejo says she worked as a “laundress” for the family. She was employed with the Youngs for about three years from September 2015 to 2018, while Brenes worked as a cook and housekeeper for seven years from September 2010 to October 2017.

The former employees are alleging that they were not given enough rest breaks or paid for the very few breaks that they did take as mandated by law. Cornejo has said that her meal breaks were frequently moved to later hours or would be interrupted at a moments notice to tend to the “Nuthin But A G Thang” rapper.

Cornejo was abrupted terminated in 2018 without an explanation. Although her hourly wage jumped immensely during her tenure. She claims that the Youngs failed to pay the remainder of her earned wages after she was fired.

Meanwhile, Brenes claimed that she went out of her way to leave the home for lunch but oftentimes she would get text messages ordering her to return to work.

This isn’t the first time that “Deep Cover” rapper has been ousted for bad behavior. Earlier in April, Dee Barnes spoke out about an altercation dubbed the infamous Def Jam fight. The 54-year-old also had an abusive relationship with Michel’le who talked about it on Unsung.

The Youngs did not comment about the alleged suit.
