ABC is bringing back one of it’s most famous shows and the actress is not only starring in it but will serve as executive producer. The network’s entertainment president says Haddish, “starring in and producing this iconic series is everything I hoped for.” Previously hosted by Bill Cosby from 1998 to 2000, the show will feature her chatting and interacting with kids in front of a live studio audience.
CBS TV Studios, which owns the rights to the format, is producing with Anvil 1893 Entertainment and Haddish’s She Ready Prods. Kids Say the Darndest Things will air this fall on Sundays at 8/7C.
