Barack Obama has taken on the Oval Office, now, he’s sharing his musical talents with Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart. The former president appears on the remix of the well-known Hamilton song, “One Last Time (44 Remix).”

The song which also features original cast member Christopher Jackson and BeBe Winans debuted at the No. 22 spot. Barack (or Barry if you prefer) can be heard smoothly delivering George Washington’s farewell address, and the gospel superstar beautifully backs him up with vocals. Listen below:

The revamped version of the song was released on Dec. 22 courtesy of the musical’s creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda. The track release is part of a series of new Hamilton content dropping every month in 2018 called “Hamildrops.” The content is created in order to raise money for multiple nonprofits. According to Nielsen Music, the song received 307,000 online streams and 9,000 downloads within the first week.

Funny enough, this is not Obama’s first time on a Billboard chart. He previously appeared on two now-obsolete charts. According to its site, “A Moment in History: The Inauguration of Barack Obama” hit No. 6 on the TV DVD Sales chart in March 2009, and in December 2015, the song “Pop Off,” by JX Cannon which featured the politician snatched the No. 10 spot on the Twitter Emerging Artists chart.

But, we should’ve known that Barack had this inside of him when he released his favorite songs of 2018 last week (or even his go-to playlist from last year) that included H.E.R.Janelle Monáe, and so many of our other favorites. And what’s even better is that before he ended his presidency, he basically foreshadowed his R&B flow skills when he “slow jammed” the news on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

Aside from his musical skills, we can look forward to our forever president and his wife, Michelle Obama producing some thought-provoking and entertaining content for Netflix in their multi-year deal.
