According to The Blast, Joseph C. Phillips, most known for his role on The Cosby Show and more recently Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why is headed to divorce court. After 23 years of marriage, Nicole Phillips filed for divorce last month citing “irreconcilable differences”. She is asking the court to not allow Joseph to be awarded spousal support.

The couple share three sons, Conner, Ellis and Samuel and have been separated since November. Additionally, Nicole is reportedly seeking joint custody of one of their youngest son (he is the only one of the three children that is a minor).
