“Funny enough Kelly was the first to know. She called me and I was about to go on stage. We were all on FaceTime…Kelly jumped in the screen and said, ‘you pregnant ain’t ya?’. I had just found out. She was like, ‘it’s all over your face.’ I was like I can’t answer that but I also can’t lie to you so yes. She was one of the first to know,” she said in an interview with TheYBF.

While at the American Black Film Festival last month, LeToya Luckett made one of her first appearances since announcing she and husband Tommicus Walker were pregnant.

So what’s next? Along with her reoccurring role in Greenleaf, Luckett, will star in TV One’s summer thriller Down For Whatever, the story of a young female doctor who learns that her newly-found biological teen sisters are cop killers and her detective husband is hunting them down. The film also stars Hosea Chanchez, Imani Walker and Bre-Z this Sunday, July 22 at 8/7C. Watch the incredible trailer below.
