This is the second year Mrs. Carter has funded a scholarship, on the one year anniversary of Lemonade, she partnered with four colleges and universities across the country to launch the Formation Scholars program.
In related news, JAY-Z is also looking to send kids to college in conjunction with his Shawn Carter Foundation. The deadline is April 30.
