The sexual misconduct cases against Def Jam founder Russell Simmons keep piling up. Today, in Los Angeles Superior Court, “Jane Doe” filed a civil suit against Russell Simmons accusing him of rape.

In the suit, the woman attended a concert with her son and met Simmons. He invited her and her son backstage to meet some of the artists. She accepted. Afterward, the music mogul invited her to an afterparty at the Clarion Hotel. She dropped her son off and accompanied him to another nightclub and then went to his hotel.

According to the plaintiff “Jane Doe,” she thought they would continue their friendly conversation. As detailed by the suit, once in his hotel room, he demanded to have sex with her saying, “I’m going to **** you or I’m going to **** your son. You decide.” In the suit, she says he threw her on the bed and then raped her. She claims at least one person in the hotel witnessed her leaving his room crying.

And Simmon’s response….

He told TMZ, “I vehemently deny all the allegations made against me. They have shocked me to my core as I have never been abusive or violent in any way in my relations with women. I have submitted myself to multiple lie detector tests.”

Oh, it doesn’t stop there. Simmons explains, “I denied forced sex and sexual harassment allegations brought against me in each test; I also answered no to the question, ‘Have you ever physically forced any woman to have sexual intercourse?’ I passed all of the lie detector tests.”

The woman seeks $10 million in damages for the sexual assault and emotional trauma.

As we all well remember, this has NOT been an isolated incident. Check the previous headlines:
