About four months ago the Watts Empowerment Center was in danger of shutting down before the Kardshian/Jenner clan stepped in. According to the site dedicated to help raising money for the South Los Angeles neighborhood staple, “due to nationwide budget cuts, the center was in danger of losing all of its programming.”
Over the weekend Kris Jenner along with boyfriend Corey Gamble, Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian West were on hand to debut the new and improved center to the public. Watch below.

The Kardashian family donated $100,000 to keep the Center open. The money was used for new equipment including computers. pic.twitter.com/UUBiGKCLeY

This isn’t the first time the famous family has used their star power for good. Last year KKW and her five-year-old daughter North West volunteered at the Los Angeles Food Bank and even offered her help via her attorneys in the case of 16-year-old Cyntoia Brown.
The system has failed. It’s heart breaking to see a young girl sex trafficked then when she has the courage to fight back is jailed for life! We have to do better & do what’s right. I’ve called my attorneys yesterday to see what can be done to fix this. #FreeCyntoiaBrown pic.twitter.com/73y26mLp7u

Kudos to the family for using their million dollar fortune for good!
