So who is Danielle Herrington?
The 24-year-old first appeared in the magazine’s swimsuit issue last year, and she was photographed this year wearing a pink bikini at Harbour Island, Bahamas. SI Swimsuit editor MJ Day called Herrington a “natural brand ambassador,” as reported by USA Today. She is from Compton California, and according to her she had a “pretty normal” childhood.
This is a major win for black girls everywhere and a great look during Black History Month. Congratulations Danielle!
