If this ain’t the blackest Black History Month ever! When we first found out  Baltimore artist Amy Sherald and NYC painter Kehinde Wiley were selected to paint the portraits of our forever President and First Lady we were shook!

Four months later the two dynamic artists have finished their work, unveiling it for the world to see this morning. Watch below.

Barack Obama spoke about Wiley’s initial impulse to have him look like a King, a particular component our 44th president wasn’t too fond of. Watch below.
