Evelyn Lozada Unveils Her New PETA Ad

On the upcoming new season of Basketball Wives, Evelyn Lozada tells Hip Hollywood, “I’m really, really proud of this season because, although there are a lot of emotions, the world sees us growing and we’re very transparent.”

She added: I think that’s why so many people love our show because we show all sides. Bad, great, angry, crying… so we’re just very open and I think this season a lot of people will find it very emotional because all of us are going through something individually.

Evelyn also spoke on her relationship with Chad Johnson, noting:

“At the end of the day, I don’t really care what anyone says. That’s my ex husband. I went to dinner, I wish him the best. We don’t hate each other. Something happened, we’ll forever be connected because of it. But I still have relationships with his kids and that’s something that means something to me. Everyone can have an opinion about that, but we genuinely care about each other. I wish him the best, and I’m sure the same for me.

She was also asked about Rihanna and Chris Brown getting back together:

“Rihanna’s personal business is her personal business but at the same time, her and Chris was broken up for two years… She was doing her thing and I’m sure he was doing whatever it is he was doing. And in the midst of it, I’m sure he got help. To each its own. I wish her the best. You never know what’s going on behind close doors. We’re all quick to judge and assume and you just never know.”

Well, that’s an interesting comment coming from a person who earned her fame partially from judging people harshly on national television. But oh wait, Iyanla fixed her life or something. Heh.
