Over the last few months, Jenifer Lewis has famously recruited some of her celebrity friends to sing-a-long while promoting her new memoir, The Mother of Black Hollywood.
But it was at Sheryl Lee Ralph‘s 27th annual Divas Simply Singing event that Lewis teamed up with 2/3 of the original Dreamgirls, including Jennifer Holiday, and it was everything you’d expect it to be. Watch below.
This year marks the 35th anniversary of the hit Broadway show, and it was only right Loretta Devine and Sheryl commemorated the iconic play below. Watch.
