“What am I detained for?” Buress, 34, repeatedly asks in the video showing his arrest. “I’m not doing anything, I’m not getting in the car. You don’t have probable cause for anything and you look hella stupid right now,” he says.

According to the Herald, police records indicate that Hannibal Buress was booked into a Miami-Dade jail by 2 a.m. Sunday and posted bail by 6 a.m.

Buress is best known for his stand-up comedy, his character Lincoln on Broad City, and for his roles in recent movies Baywatch and Spider-Man: Homecoming.

The cops told him he was being arrested for “trespassing,” but TMZ was told by a jail source that he was booked for “disorderly intoxication.”

After the confrontation became more heated, Buress was physically pushed into a police car when he refused to get in himself.
