This morning WSB-TV Channel 2 in Atlanta reported a shooting at The Masquerade in Underground Atlanta, Ga. The shooting took place during a rap concert after an argument between 2 people turned deadly.

Cousin Stizz, one of the rappers slated to perform took to Instagram where he condemned the incident calling it “senseless violence.”

When Atlanta police arrived they found four victims; 2 dead, and 2 injured but stable.

When describing the event to Channel 2’s Tyisha Fernandes witnesses said:

“Two other females came behind them like, ‘Oh my God, they’re dead!’ And it was crazy. I had to get out of there.”

As reported by Channel 2, police said their investigation indicates that the two victims who died had become rowdy and climbed up onto the stage during the break before the main act performed. Another attendee was not happy about that and they started arguing.

The upset concert-goer pulled out a pistol and shot the two victims then shot toward the ground, most likely hitting the additional victims.

An unarmed security guard is said to have seen the shooter, but the shooter was still able to get away.

Police are still searching for the shooter and the investigation is ongoing.
