Rapper Mystikal has officially been indicted on one count of first-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping.

According to KSLA, the 46-year-old is “one of three people who were wanted in connection with an assault Oct. 22 at a casino in the 300 block of Clyde Fant Memorial Parkway in downtown Shreveport.”

Two other accomplices have been indicted in connection to the 2016 assault, including Averweone Darnell Holman, 26, of Shreveport, on one count each of first-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping. His bond has been set at $3 million and Tenichia Monieck Wafford,42, of Harker Heights, Texas, on one count of obstruction of justice. Her bond is set at $500,000.

In 2003, Mystikal pleaded guilty to sexual battery following an incident involving his hairstylist. As part of his plea bargain, the rapper was sentenced to six years in prison. He was released in 2010.
