Blue Ivy Carter is no stranger to performing and being the center of attention, even at five-years-old. The oldest heir to the Carter throne stole our hearts at her ballet recital earlier this year, but it’s this video of her dancing to Just Do It by The Execs, that brings an even bigger smile to our face.
