While many of us showered our moms with love, appreciation, and perhaps flowers on Mother’s Day, Ludacris (also known as Chris Bridges) decided he would remodel his mother’s entire home.
On an episode of the online show, My Houzzz, Bridges talks about moving his retired mother, Roberta, from Virgina into his first home in Atlanta in order to be closer to her. According to sources, the rapper/actor talks about wanting to help his mom decorate the house so it could better align with her personal style, using the help of his wife Eudoxie Bridges, and interior designer, Rachel Oliver:
“When she moved into it, she was wanting to make it her own,” he said. “But a lot of the rooms my mother has started on are just incomplete.”
His mother’s response at the final results? “It makes me feel that I’m blessed beyond belief,” an emotional Roberta said after seeing her new home. “Thank you for loving me.”
