Broward College prepares students to transfer on to major universities or enter the workforce directly. Broward awards certificates and Associate’s degrees in various career and technical programs. The curriculum includes courses in Education, Architecture, Graphic Design, Engineering and much more. Broward is home to several student groups and organizations. The Black Student Union (BSU) involves students in social, academic and political activities that directly affect the African-American community. BSU activities include study groups, social events, leadership conferences and community service projects. Broward College understands that every student is unique and has other obligations outside of school. Broward affords students a flexible schedule to suit their busy schedules.
