When you look at Dorothy you wouldn’t think she has eight children to keep in line. But once you know her, you realize she is a force to be reckoned with! While cooking, she hates anyone in what she calls a "one butt kitchen" since it’s so small. She is a self taught cook and cooks from Creole to French, Italian to Southern. Don’t even think of trying to cross Dorothy while she’s cooking, as she has her special big spoon and she is not afraid to wield it and will beat anyone that comes to close—including her competition!
