UPDATE: It looks like since we first mentioned this story in October, things have gotten BETTER, but not by much. According to reports Mary. J Blige has to fork over Kendu Isaacs a whopping 30K each month!
Even though Mary fought hard to not have to pay spousal support at all, she has been ordered to pay as far back as September. Court documents show that Mary made claims that Isaacs spent over $420,000 during their marriage on “travel charges” that included his girlfriend, and not her. DAMN!
Mary J. Blige‘s estranged husband, Kendu Isaacs has lost his ever-lasting mind!
Blige filed for divorce back in July due to irreconcilable differences, but Isaacs isn’t going without something to show for it. Isaacs is requesting $129,000 A MONTH in spousal support.
Now we’re sure he’s gotten used to the luxurious lifestyle that Mary has provided for him, but most people don’t even make that in a year…C’mon Kendu!
If you’re wondering why Blige wasn’t a little smarter with protecting her money…she was. However, Isaacs claims that the prenup he signed isn’t legitimate because he didn’t sign it with a lawyer.
So far, Blige has written Isaacs two checks totaling $85,000.
