UPDATE: CNN is reporting that Police officer Betty Shelby, who shot and killed the unarmed Terence Crutcher, was charged with felony manslaughter. Tulsa County Attorney General Steve Kurnzweiler said “We reviewed the facts of the allegations, it is our responsibility to determine if the filing of a criminal charge is justified under the law.”

According to the Washington Post, moments before Terence Crutcher was shot dead by police, one of the officers observing the scene said the unarmed, 40-year-old ” . . . looks like a bad dude . . .”

Crutcher was shot and killed by Tulsa Police Officer Betty Shelby as seen on the police video released Monday night.
