Comedian and Radio host never holds his tongue when it comes to important issues, and more recently he didn’t hold back his tears either as he talked about the fear he has raising young, black men in a world where two black men are gunned down by cops within 48 hours.
In talking to CNN’s Chris Cuomo about Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, Hughley said as a father he doesn’t “even go to sleep until my children come home, my grown children come home.”
“We love our children, we love our parents, our mothers, our fathers. They’re brutalized and nobody says anything. It’s too much. It’s too much.”
