4STRAIGHT OUTTA HOLLYWOOD: When the smoke cleared, Anthony Anderson and other nominees emerged in Jherri Curl wigs, dookie chains and black jeans to give N.W.A., and black artists in general, the shout out they so richly deserved this year.

BEST MOMENT: Taraji’s reaction shot when Anthony raps “Everybody know Cookie ain’t havin’ it”

3. ANTHONY FIRES SHOTS AT STACEY DASH: Oof! We knew this was coming but somehow we still weren’t ready. Still rocking his gangsta gold, Anderson threw extreme shade at the “Clueless” actress who recently criticized organizations like the NAACP and BET for having black-centered award shows.

BEST MOMENT: “She’s just an Ann Coulter dipped in butterscotch. . . Get back to work in some of those beautiful C movies  you used to do.”

2. SANAA ACCEPTS AWARD, THANKS GOD FOR SEXY CO-WORKERS: It’s not enough that Sanaa looked scrumptious sauntering up to get her award for Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture for “The Perfect Guy,” but she had MORE than a little to say about working with Morris Chestnut and Michael Ealy.

BEST MOMENT: “Every day I got up and thanked the Lord that I got to work with these fine ass men.”

1. JOHN LEGEND DROPS KNOWLEDGE: Sure, the man can sang but when he took the mic to accept his award — It. Got. Real.

BEST MOMENT: “Some will take offense when we have to assert that our lives do, indeed, matter. But we know better.”
