The year 2017 marks the 20th anniversary of Christopher Wallace a.k.a. Biggie Smalls’ death. And while Biggie will eternally be “Big Poppa,” it breaks our heart to remember he was only 25 years old. Miley Cyrus is 25 years old.

We still don’t know exactly who gunned down the rising rap star that night in Los Angeles. Despite multiple investigations and even a couple films about it, we know about as much now as we did back when Sister Act was in theaters.
What we do know is that his death has odd connections to Tupac Shakur, who was only 26 when he was shot and killed just six months earlier.
