Manager, Integrated Marketing (NY)

SUMMARY:

The Manager, Integrated Marketing is a key member of the One Solution team. One Solution is the integrated marketing division of Radio One, TV One and Interactive One. In this role, the Integrated Marketing Manager’s primary focus will be working with the Director and VP, on strategic/creative development and management of revenue-generating marketing solutions for existing and prospective clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Develop and draft cross-platform marketing presentations
•  Update core presentations and materials with accurate facts and data
•  Collaborate and ideate cross-platform marketing programs with One Solution leadership (SVP, VP and Director)  and TV, radio, online and events team (“Ambassadors”)  in response to advertiser RFPs
•  Attend select client presentations with One Solution Team
•  Serve as One Solution liaison with internal (Radio One, TV One, Interactive One) and external (agencies, production, promotion) partners.
•   Co-develop concept/story boards with producer for custom content (e.g., vignettes, interstitials, on-air promotions)
•   Coordinate and manage promotional extensions (i.e. online and on-air contests, sweepstakes, in-market events)
•  Coordinate with Legal and Business Affairs to secure appropriate letters of agreement/contracts, contest rules and regulations
•  Communicate and coordinate production and approval timelines to all internal and external constituents
•  Create and distribute post-campaign recap with quantitative and qualitative results.
•  Identify, source and price One Solution sales promotion premiums
•   Occasional travel to attend client/agency meeting
•   Identify and manage appropriate awards for campaign submission (i.e., Telly Awards, ANA Multicultural Excellence)
•  Occasional travel to attend client/agency meeting


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:



•    Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
•    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel)
•    Solid project, time-management and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
•    Ability to demonstrate big picture thinking
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player
•    Legal right to work in the U.S.

 



EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 


Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field, minimum 5 years at an agency, media company or sales/marketing organization where responsible for ad sales/sponsorship development, presentation and execution.  And, multi-cultural marketing/communications experience a plus.
