Director, Pricing & Planning (New York, NY)


Work with Manager, Coordinators, Research, Sales Operations and Ad Sales Management to maximize sales revenue through.


  • Complete autonomy of the foundational aspect of Coordinator role, including hiring, training and established objectives.
  • Share management of P & P Manager to establish and maintain best practices for utilization and maximization of revenue.
  • Management of Ad Sales reporting function.
  • Direct oversight of Business Analytics process including system and training functions as well as continuous review of process enhancements.
  • Lead design discussions and identify design options.
  • Develop test schedules, reviews testing plans, tracks and documents the development and results of these plans.
  • Design, document and organize curriculum/classes for user training.
  • Ensure requirements are understood, agreed to, and signed off at the appropriate early stages in a project.
  • Management of Ad Sales reporting function.
  • Guide review process for all direct reports
  • Assist Vice President of P & I with forecasting, budgeting and team development.


  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Proficiency using various computer software packages including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Prior experience with Ad Sales/Traffic/Stewardship Systems.
  • Ability to travel outside business hours as required.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.


Bachelor’s degree and/or 7+ years of experience in cable ad sales.  Prior Planning or Inventory Management experience preferred.
